Why can't I find the email?
1. Initially, give it a few minutes :)
2. Check that you gave us the correct address, otherwise the email won't have got to you and we won't be able to contact you.

3. Some times the email may be marked as spam by your ISP. If that's the case, you'll find it in your spam folder. Don't forget to mark it as 'not spam'.
4. It's possible that our activation email has been blocked or deleted by your email provider. If you still can't find the email after an hour, let us know and then do this:

- From your own email account, send a new email to

(if you click this link, make sure it opens your own email account) and just send an email saying "no account activation email". - That'll alert us to the problem AND tell your provider that you're happy corresponding with our email address.
- We can then Activate your account and send you a message to say that your Membership is complete and that you can login :)
- From your own email account, send a new email to
