Style Influencers!
Dave and Lou have been in the rockabilly scene for a long time where they have perfected their 1950s jive dancing. Now they are teaching and in this video they take on the task of teaching ol madman the dirty American greaser how to do a proper jive. Mind you this is my second lesson and have progressed quite a bit under their direction and boot camps which is a lot of fun!

A really chilled but informative class, and over thirty people left with the Chordettes etched into their collective memories. I used to love “Sh Boom” 😊

What a brilliant night out! Jets were fantastic and you guys are amazing on the dance floor, I watch in awe! So lucky to have you as our instructors

This lovely couple taught my wife and I to jive online during the Covid lockdown. We now have enough moves to jive for a whole song with only one repeat. We have also attended their class in Yorkshire whilst visiting on holiday from our home in Perth, Scotland. For us, online was the best way to learn as we could practice as often as we wanted, in our own home!

Everything that a newcomer to Jive (and even a well-practiced Jive dancer) needs to know about your classes and also general history of the dance genre.

Fantastic thanks for explaining all that! That's given me lots to think about... And have a go at when I get home tonight 🙂 Really appreciate you going above and beyond breaking it down for me 😊😊

Love the tutorial, and how you both break things down/simplify them to convey what's required, you make it really clear and fun
